Our private practice of 63 physicians and 105 CRNAs islooking to hire a full time partnership track Anesthesia Physician due to rapidgrowth in our network. We are looking for generalists with strong regionalskills, Residents graduating in 2024 are welcome to apply, Graduates withfellowships will receive strong consideration. We have expanded our Pediatric surgical services andcaseload in the past year. We have an inpatient Pediatric care ward and 8-bedPICU as week as a level III NICU within the network. We provide Anesthesia carefor a variety of pediatric general surgery cases for children of all ages,including many infants and increasingly neonates.In-House Call (First call) and Backup call (second call) areevery 14 days. You have the day after call off for both first and second calls.We also have a third call position for pay, which is voluntary for allpartners. The third call person covers call at our smaller inpatientfacilities.Starting salary is $400,000 for the first year with an increaseto $425,000 the second year. Partnership is voted on after 18 months and grantedat the completion of two years. Partnership compensation averages over $450,000 peryear. Benefits: Blue Cross health insurance with three different options, including HAS Sign On Bous: $40,000 and $10,000 for relocation payment $3,000 toward CME expense yearly $500 per month for car expense for those who travel between multiple campuses $80 a month for cellphone expenses
