TeamHealth is seeking a medical director of anesthesiology to lead our anesthesia program at Lane Regional Medical Center in Zachary, Louisiana, just North of Baton Rouge.<br><br>This is an excellent opportunity for an anesthesiologist interested in strategic leadership while maintaining active clinical practice. The role includes a blend of clinical care, team collaboration/supervision, and administrative leadership, with clinical responsibilities expected four to five days per week, including personally performing cases approximately two days per week.<br><br>As medical director, you will partner closely with CRNAs, surgeons, and hospital leadership to support and grow a high-performing anesthesia service line.<br><br>A key focus of this role will be evolving the current independent CRNA practice into a collaborative anesthesia care team model.
