Candidates must have:<br />
* Active TX Medical License<br />
* Completed Pain Medicine Fellowship<br />
* Be Board Certified in Pain Medicine<br />
* Good people skills, for both employees and patients<br />
* A PLUS if already enrolled as a provider with most TX health insurances</p>
